user requirements specifications
Defining user requirements was critical to ensure customer satisfaction. Too little solution dispensed and the product is frustrating however dispensing too much solution drains the reservoir too quickly. At the same time, the droplet diameter and the spray pattern was specified to perfectly match mid-dinner spaghetti accidents while dissuading users from using it for kitchen deep cleans. The push-push release mechanism, though complex, came from an afternoon of fidgeting just a bit too much with a ballpoint pen.
Small details are ultimately what brought this product from a seemingly absurd idea into a low key, beloved product.

prototyping
In the short time I was there, I was prototyping the early concepts you can see today as the shredder to Odorsorb, Pulse Pump as well as some other unreleased products. With a full model shop, I quickly gained experience with operating the Objet, removing support material, and spray painting. This built the foundation of my prototyping skills as I transitioned further into engineering oriented positions.
repair guides
If you ever receive warranty parts with repair instructions, you might see me in some of them! I was responsible for providing photos and short instructions describing repair procedures of some of the main line products.
